I do more than sell properties. I live Búzios.
I am Yuri Petrou, a real estate agent registered under CRECI-RJ 104209, and my connection with Búzios goes far beyond real estate.
I value the connection with the sea, nature, sport and a healthy lifestyle — exactly what many of my clients seek when choosing to live or invest here.
I work in property purchases, sales and management, always offering attentive, transparent and personal service. I am also an Airbnb Superhost, an experience that has given me practical insight into holiday rentals, hospitality, returns and property management.
As a Jiu-Jitsu black belt with a passion for sport and nature, I bring discipline, consistency, respect and commitment to my work.
At Yuri Petrou Imóveis, my purpose is simple: to connect people with properties that fit their dreams, goals and way of life.
